With the power of plug-ins and fixes by various people I was able to push out the next update. Note that because this is half hotfix and half half-baked update we now have some new features:
FORGE, forge your weapons to make them stronger!
DATE, give your girls gifts to raise their affection (NYI)

Major changes:
Getting a level-up skill through healing/etc no longer crashes the game, HOWEVER it also no longer displays the skill you got so make sure you check at these levels: 5 unpromoted, 15 unpromoted, 3 promoted, 10 promoted
We now show what skills a class learns by promotion in the reclass menu

Exp requirements for early-game  and silver weapons altered
